Pet Policy General Requirements
- Applicant(s) must disclose all pets during the application process or upon acquiring a pet during their tenancy.
- Approval of pets is at the property manager’s discretion and must comply with breed, weight, and quantity restrictions.
- Service animals and emotional support animals are not considered pets and are protected under the Fair Housing Act. Documentation may be required.

Consideration to Approve
The strength of your qualifications, along with the age, weight, and breed of your pet, will play a significant role in the approval process. A completed pet application is required. There is a $20 pet acceptance fee for each approved pet. At Home Hub Prime, we conduct a mandatory pet inspection for pet-approved units at least once per year, with a fee of $125 per inspection, which will be added to your tenant ledger when the inspection is completed.
Service Animals
We fully accept service animals with the appropriate documentation. Service animals are exempt from any additional deposit, pet acceptance fee, or pet inspection fee. Once your application is approved, we will provide you with a request for reasonable accommodation and a form to verify the disability and need for the service animal.
