You can communicate with your property manager by calling our office during business hours. For more in-depth communications, you can schedule a 30-minute call to address any issues or concerns.

Yes, upon setting up your online account, you will have access to our enhanced owner portal where you can view your financial information regarding your property.

At Home Hub Prime, we utilize a comprehensive and enhanced process to find you the best possible tenants for your investment. Our vigorous tenant screening process includes but is not limited to:

  • Complete Application Collection: Interested tenants fill out a secure online rental application.
  • Comprehensive Background Checks: We conduct credit, criminal, and eviction history checks to assess reliability.
  • Detailed Income Verification: We verify income through pay stubs or bank statements to ensure financial stability.
  • In-Depth Reference Checks: We contact previous landlords and personal references for insights on the applicant.
  • This thorough process helps us find reliable tenants for your property.

We conduct 2 inspections per year on each property we manage. These inspections are conducted biannually.

We do have a list of vendors and service providers that we have vetted to ensure they meet our high standards. We prefer to utilize these vendors as much as possible. However, if you choose your own vendor for maintenance, repairs, etc. you will either: A - be responsibility for managing that project directly; B - We will assess an additional fee for project management based on the size and scope of project.
