Enjoy peace of mind with On-Demand Pest Control Services, providing you with a hassle-free, proactive solution to keep your home pest-free. With our on-demand service, you have the flexibility to schedule pest control visits at your convenience, ensuring that your living space remains clean, comfortable, and pest-free throughout the year. Resident Liability Insurance
Home Hub Prime offers renters' insurance through our master policy, which is designed to meet your lease requirements. Provided by an A-rated carrier, this insurance covers up to $100,000 for liability resulting from accidental damage caused by tenant negligence. Tenants also have the option to provide their own renters insurance if preferred, as long as it meets the lease requirements.

Coverage Details:
- Liability Coverage: Up to $100,000
- Tenant Personal Property Coverage: Up to $10,000
- Deductible: $250 per claim
Additional coverage is available under the master policy, and residents are named as additional insured. Please review the policy for full terms and exclusions.

If you decide to buy a home after renting with us, we’ll assist with every step of the process, including:
- Home search and negotiations through Home Hub Prime
- Mortgage qualification assistance through our preferred mortgage broker
- Professional closing services via our trusted closing attorney
- Help with homeowners' insurance and flood insurance through our preferred insurance company
- A closing credit of up to $2,000, plus a seamless, one-stop-shop experience.

Important Notes:
-The Resident Benefits Package is mandatory and cannot be opted out of. It will be billed separately each month, covering all the benefits and services outlined above.
-Residents will be named as Additional Insured under the master insurance policy, and you’ll be responsible for any deductibles ($250 to $500 per claim).
-Modifications to the RBP: Home Hub Prime reserves the right to change or modify any aspects of the Resident Benefits Package, including fees, coverage, and services, at any time. Tenants must comply with any changes made.
- Insurance Disclaimer: The tenant’s personal renters' insurance (if purchased) is in excess of the master policy provided by Home Hub Prime. The master policy is not intended to replace personal renters' insurance, and tenants should consult an insurance professional for additional coverage if needed.
